In my experience, many of the struggles we face in adulthood—whether emotional, relational, or behavioral—can be traced back to formative experiences earlier in life. Often, we’re not fully aware of just how much these early experiences continue to shape our present reality.

This kind of depth work is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about shining a light beneath the surface, understanding what's really going on, and creating true, lasting healing from the inside out.
